Jewelry designer Chelsea Shells is a native Los Angeleno who has been making jewelry for fun since she was a kid. "I love creating pieces that adorn the wearer while at the same time have a deeper meaning. I've always been fascinated by the power of tokens and mementos and that's what inspires me to create jewelry :)"
